iQOO Z10x Secures BIS Certification, Hints at Imminent India Launch Alongside Z10 Turbo and Z10 Turbo Pro
Now, as per a report by MySmartPrice, an iQOO device with the model number I2404 has been certified and listed on the BIS certification site. The listing does not mention the name with which the device will be marketed, but an earlier listing in the IMEI database pointed out the iQOO Z10x. While certification does indicate a likely launch on the corner, it doesn’t disclose any hardware specifications.
The iQOO Z10x is expected to succeed the iQOO Z9x, which debuted in India last May at ₹12,999 for the base variant. The iQOO Z10 series is expected to go official alongside the Z10x and is likely to include the iQOO Z10, Z10 Turbo, and Z10 Turbo Pro, with the last of the three (Z10 Turbo Pro) expected to be the most premium model. Rumored devices in the lineup will likely pack larger-capacity batteries, but we don’t know much more about them at this point. But speculations suggest that the iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro will come with a gigantic 7,500mAh battery and 90W fast charging support. It could come with a 1.5K screen, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a 50MP shooter, among other specifications.
Meanwhile, the iQOO Z10 Turbo and Z10 Turbo Pro recently surfaced on Geekbench, revealing chipset details. The Z10 Turbo is expected to feature the Dimensity 8400 SoC, while the Z10 Turbo Pro could be powered by the yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 8s Elite. Both models are expected to ship with Android 15 and 12GB RAM. It remains unclear which models, apart from the iQOO Z10x, will launch in India. The iQOO Z9 lineup in the country includes the iQOO Z9, Z9 Lite, Z9x, Z9s, and Z9s Pro, priced at ₹19,999, ₹10,499, ₹11,999, ₹19,999, and ₹22,999, respectively.
