iQOO Z10 Launching in India on April 11 with 7,300mAh Battery

The iQOO Z10 is set to debut in India on April 11th as the first model in the Z10 series and a direct successor to the iQOO Z9. The company has already teased key spec details, like the battery capacity and the thickness, through promotional images. Now the device’s official design and color options have been uncovered.

The iQOO Z10 will be shipped in solid Stellar Black and light-gradient Glacier Silver colors. Official renders reveal a large circular camera module, which holds some dual sensors and what seems to be a glowing LED ring. Near the camera setup is the engraving “Aspherical OIS Portrait,” hinting at advanced photography capabilities. The phone features round edges with the power button as well as the volume rocker available on the right side.

A product microsite on Amazon has confirmed that the iQOO Z10 will come with a centrally-placed punch-hole cutout for the front-facing camera and a quad-curved display for a premium design. The iQOO Z10 comes with a massive 7,300mAh battery that is reportedly the largest battery in the Indian smartphone market. Nonetheless, the phone is still a reasonably thin 7.89mm thick. For reference, the Z8’s predecessor, the iQOO Z9, came with a 5,000mAh battery capacity inside. More details are expected to be shared soon, but the iQOO Z10 will be available for purchase via Amazon and the iQOO e-store.

As a successor to the iQOO Z9, which launched in India last March at ₹19,999, the Z10 is expected to bring significant upgrades. The Z9 came with a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, a Dimensity 7200 SoC, 44W fast charging, and a 50MP Sony OIS camera. The iQOO Z10 series is rumored to include additional models like the iQOO Z10x, Z10 Turbo, and Z10 Turbo Pro. The iQOO Z10x has already received BIS certification, suggesting an imminent launch alongside the standard model.
