The iQOO sub-brand of Vivo, yesterday announced on Weibo that it will be launching the new VIVO iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ racing in China this July. Several teasers on Chinese social media have shown off the dual-tone design of the phone – with white and blue shades, a flat screen, along with a display notch that brings camera lenses. Looks like a similar model to the iQOO Neo 9s Pro. On this launch, iQOO has joined hands with NBA.
Despite iQOO not sharing official specs of the model, tipster Digital Chat Station claimed that will offer three major improvements over the Neo 9 Pro. It will have a 6.78-inch OLED screen with a 1.5K solution and an impressive refresh rate of up to 144Hz The phone could come with a separate graphics chip for better gaming results and is said to boot on Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS4.0 storage.
The top-end variant of the iQOO Neo 9s Pro+ is anticipated to have 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It is expected to come with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and a 5,500mAh battery supporting 120W fast charging. The phone might feature a plastic frame and is likely to include a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens. For selfies, it is expected to have a 16-megapixel front camera.
