iQOO released the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2-powered iQOO Neo 9 and the Neo 9 Pro with the Dimensity 9300 chip in China in December 2023. Two variants, the Neo 8 and Neo 8 Pro, were part of the previous Neo 8 series.
iQOO might reintroduce the Racing Edition model in the Neo 9 series, if speculations circulating on Weibo are accurate. The iQOO Neo 9 Racing Edition is the possible moniker for the upcoming Neo-branded phone, if the speculations circulating on Weibo are to be believed.
DCS claims that the 6.78-inch flat OLED LTPO panel that powers the iQOO Neo 9 Racing Edition may have 2800 x 1260 pixels, 144 Hz refresh rate, and 2160 Hz PWM dimming. Our two cameras are supported by a primary 50MP camera.
In addition, the iQOO Neo 9 Racing Edition is rumored to have two back cameras: a secondary 8-megapixel sensor coupled with an ultrawide lens, and a primary 50-megapixel Sony IMX920 sensor, just like the standard iQoo Neo 9. In April, the device might be released, according to the MSP report.
