iQOO Neo 9 Pro spotted on Geekbench along with hands-on images leaked

Recently, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro was discovered in the Geekbench online database after one of the units was tested on Geekbench 6. It was able to score 2,235 on a single core and 7,381 on a multi-core.

With a Mali-G720-Immortalis MC12 and an amazing 16GB RAM for improved performance, the forthcoming smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC. With a single-core score of 2,262 and a multi-core score of 7,657 on Geekbench, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro, which is powered by Android 14, displays encouraging benchmark results.

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro is scheduled to launch on December 27 in China. This device’s intriguing feature is that the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC powers it. On the AnTuTu benchmark, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and the Dimensity 9300 SoC are now competing against one other.

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro is expected to have a 6.78-inch flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution (2800 x 1260 pixels), according to the leakers. The screen’s high refresh rate of 144Hz, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and incorporation of an in-screen fingerprint sensor are noteworthy features. Complementing the iQOO 12 series, the Neo 9 Pro will operate on Android 14-based OriginOS 4.

Regarding photography, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro’s back camera configuration is said to include a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX920 primary camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). Although the source does not state it clearly, it appears that the handset will have a 16-megapixel front camera.

According to the description, the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, Mali-G720-Immortalis MC12, and an incredible 16GB RAM are included in the iQOO Neo 9 Pro, model number V2339A. The OS is also preinstalled on Android 14.

An in-display fingerprint scanner, a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 120W fast wired charging, a 50 MP primary back camera, a 16 MP selfie camera, and a 6.78-inch 1,260×2,800 OLED display with 144 Hz refresh rate are all anticipated features of the Neo9 Pro.
