iQOO 13 vs Poco F7 Ultra: Specs, Features, and Expected Price in India

Design and Display

The iQOO 13 boasts a premium build with its IP69 certification, which means it can withstand direct high-pressure water jets, while the Poco F7 Ultra is rumored to arrive with IP68 certification and will be water-resistant to up to 2.5 meters. The iQOO 13 is also expected to feature an RGB LED light on the back for aesthetic purposes.

On the display side of things, the iQOO 13 is equipped with a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and 4500 nits peak brightness to offer one of the brightest smartphone displays. The Poco F7 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.67-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3200 nits peak brightness. Both devices support HDR10+ and 1440p, but build-wise, the iQOO 13 has Schott Xensation Alpha protection, while the Poco F7 Ultra’s protection is unknown.

Camera

The iQOO 13 has a triple-camera system with a 50 MP main sensor (f/1.9, OIS, PDAF), a 50 MP 2x telephoto, and a 50 MP ultrawide with autofocus. Poco has already confirmed in the lead-up to the F7 lineup’s launch that the Ultra will pack a 50 MP (f/1.6, OIS) main sensor, a 50 MP zoom camera with 2.5x optical zoom, and a 32 MP ultrawide. For selfies, the iQOO 13 has a 32 MP front camera that can record in 4K, and the Poco F7 Ultra is said to have a 20 MP sensor with 1080p recording.

Performance

Both smartphones are powered by the chipset Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, with UFS 4.0 storage (with UFS 4.1 available on some devices, iQOO 13). Software-wise the iQOO 13 will be running Android 15 with either Funtouch OS 15, while the Poco F7 Ultra will come with Android 15 and HyperOS 2 on board.

Battery and Pricing

The Poco F7 Ultra is expected to have a 6000 mAh battery, and the iQOO 13 also has a 6000 mAh battery. They both support 120W fast charging, the iQOO 13 0-100% takes 30 minutes, while the Poco F7 Ultra is said to fully charge in 28 minutes. The Poco F7 Ultra also offers 50W wireless charging, a feature missing from the iQOO 13. The iQOO 13 starts at ₹54,999, while the Poco F7 Ultra is expected to launch around ₹49,999, making it the more affordable option with slightly different feature priorities.
