In 2015, Yuvraj Singh was bought by Delhi Capitals by 16 Cr and he was the second-highest priced player to date.

The Kolkata Knight Riders had bought the Australian pacer for an astronomical 15.5 Cr during the IPL 2020 auctions.

In 2017, Pune bought the all-rounder for 14.5 Cr and is in fourth place on the list.

Former skipper of Kolkata Knight Riders Gautam Gambhir was bought for 11.4 Cr in 2011 by the franchise.

KL Rahul

In 2018 KL Rahul was bought by Punjab Kings for a massive price of 11 Cr.

Glenn Maxwell

The last on the list is Glenn Maxwell. The Australian player was bought by Kings XI Punjab in 2020 for 10.75 Cr. The brand name of the franchise has been changed to Punjab Kings.
