1. Liam Livingstone (PBKS) – 117 meter
In a match against Gujarat Titans, Punjab Kings just needed 27 off five overs on the target of 144. He smashed the longest six of 117m in this season, which surprised the cricket fraternity. It happened in Match 48 between PBKS and Gujarat Titans (GT) at DY Patil Stadium.
2. Tim David (MI)- 114 meter
The second name on this list is Tim David. In a match against Sunrisers Hyderabad, Mumbai needed 45 off 18 deliveries and T. Natarajan was the bowling for SRH. David hit four sixes in the over. The last six came on a low-full toss ball, had an instant connection from the bat and David could finally hit a six of 114 meter.
3. Dewald Brevis (MI) – 112 meter
Dewald Brevis’s best knock was against Punjab at MCA Pune, where the batter scored 49 off 25 balls. In a single over off Rahul Chahar, he smacked 28 runs that consisted of four huge sixes. One of them went 112m and is the third biggest six of this IPL edition.
4. Liam Livingstone (PBKS)- 108 meter
Punjab had a good start against CSK in one of the league stage games of IPL. He hit 60 of 32 balls with five fours and as many sixes. In one of the overs of left-arm pacer Mukesh Choudhary, he garnered a total of 26 runs and smashed a 108 m six.
5. Nicholas Pooran (SRH)- 108 meter
Nicholas Pooran had a pathetic performance in the 2021 IPL season with only 85 runs at a mere average of 7.72. He was picked by SRH this season and he got an opportunity to prove his potential. In Match 50 of this season between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Delhi Capitals, one of his sixes was on a full-toss ball off Anrich Nortje and went for 108 m. It’s the fifth-longest six of the season.
