Lucknow Super Giants will be facing Delhi Capitals (LSG vs DC) in the next match of IPL 2022. It’s going to be the 15th match of IPL 2022. The match will be hosted on April 7 (Thursday) at DY Patil Stadium, Mumbai.

In their last match, Lucknow Super Giants defeated Sunrisers by 12 runs. LSG did take batting first, and posted 169 on the scoreboard. KL Rahul mustered 68 runs and Deepak Hooda smashed 51 runs for Sunrisers Hyderabad . Washington Sundar, Romario Shepherd and T Natarajan picked 2 wickets each. Abhishek Sharma and Kane Williamson returned to the pavilion for 13 and 16 runs. Rahul Tripathy scored 44 runs and Nicholas Pooran smashed 34 runs. SRH reached 157-9 but lost the match by 12 runs.

Delhi Capitals too lost to Gujarat Titans in the first match of IPL. Gujarat batted first and altogether their scorecard was 171-6. Shubman Gill smashed 84 runs in just 46 balls. Hardik Pandya also added 31 runs. For Delhi Capitals, Mustafizur Rahman took 3 wickets and Khaleel Ahmed picked 2. Rishabh Pant scored 43 runs and Lalit Yadav scored 25 runs. Delhi Capitals did lose important wickets while batting and piled up 157-9 till the last ball. Gujarat Titans won the match by 14 runs.

LSG vs DC: Match Prediction

KL Rahul’s side Lucknow Super Giants is high on confidence after their previous victory against Sunrisers Hyderabad. On the other hand, Delhi Capitals failed to chase 172 runs against Gujarat Titans. The team will have a confidence boost by the availability of David Warner. The batting department really needs to pull up their socks. Lucknow Super Giants has higher chances to win.

LSG vs DC: Fantasy XI

Prithvi Shaw did fail to perform the previous match but he showed a bit of his potential against MI in the opening game when he scored 38 runs off 24 deliveries.

Evin Lewis scored 55 runs off just 23 deliveries and won the player of the match award.

Deepak Hooda has scored 2 half-centuries in 3 matches. In the previous match against SRH, he scored 51 runs off 33 deliveries and becomes an essential pick.

Jason Holder with the ball, picked up 3 wickets in 4 overs and gave away 34 runs.

Avesh Khan won the player of the match award in the last game against SRH. He had give a power packed performance in the last match.

Mustafizur Rahman opened the bowling for DC and picked 3 wickets. Mustafizur gave away 23 runs in 4 overs.

Lokesh Rahul is a leads the team LSG. He has scored 108 runs in this tournament so far and seems like a good choice.

Rishabh Pant  from Delhi Capitals marked 44 runs in this tournament so far. He will be aiming to make it big in the next game as well.

Axar Patel from Delhi Capitals knocked 46 runs in this tournament so far. He can also bowl really well.

Kuldeep Yadav in the last two matches has cored 14 runs and dismissed 4 players. He’s a good choice for fantasy XI.

Rovman Powell is the middle order batter and he scored 20 runs in the past 2 matches. He will look forward to score better in the next match.
