iPhone 14 Specs, Design, Price
The standard iPhone 14 should be rather similar to the iPhone 13, though we’re expecting some improved features and specs over the current models. In addition to the 6.1-inch iPhone 14, we’re likely to see a larger 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max (or iPhone 14 Plus) that shares many of the same specs. iPhone 14 is expected to look very similar to its predecessor, with the same notch and similar camera bump.
iPhone 14 will have the same 6.1-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It could feature an OLED panel, along with True Tone, Haptic Touch, and HDR support. It’s the iPhone 14 Pro models are expected to offer a bigger redesign, finally killing off the infamous display notch, and opting for a new cutout design instead.Â
The Pro models are expected to be powered by a new A16 Bionic chip. iPhone 14 will be powered by a year-old chip. The chipset will likely be paired with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of storage. We can expect the handset to offer at least 19 hours of battery on a single charge and 20W of charging support.
iPhone 14 models are expected to get an upgraded front camera with autofocus and an f/1.9 aperture, while a controversial hole + pill design is set to replace the notch on the Pro models. Pro models will further differentiate themselves with a 48-megapixel rear camera.
Price-wise, we expect the standard iPhone 14 model to start at around $800, and the 256GB variant of the smartphone may go up to $899. with the iPhone 14 Pro model somewhere between $1,000 and $1,100 (or more if you want to add extra storage).
