Xiaomi, the Chinese smartphone brand, has globally unveiled the Redmi Note 12 4G as part of its latest series, which includes the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G, the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G, and the Redmi Note 12 5G. Alongside these smartphones, Xiaomi has also introduced the Redmi Watch 3. Notably, the Redmi Note 12 4G is the first device in the series to support 4G connectivity.

While the other smartphones in the series have already been unveiled in India, the Redmi Note 12 4G is scheduled to launch in the country on March 30th. Let’s delve into the global launch price and specifications of the newly unveiled Redmi Note 12 4G.

Featuring a large 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED, the Note 12 4G offers a stunning visual experience with its 120Hz high refresh rate. The smartphone boasts a triple rear camera setup, comprising a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor. On the front, users can expect a 13MP selfie camera to capture stunning self-portraits.

Under the hood, the Redmi Note 12 4G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 4G chipset. It is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, expandable up to 1TB via a memory card. Running on Android 13 with MIUI 14 on top, the device is equipped with a robust 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. Additionally, the smartphone features a convenient side-mounted fingerprint scanner for quick and secure access.

The Redmi Note 12 4G is available in four storage variants: 4GB+64GB, 4GB+128GB, 6GB+128GB, and 8GB+128GB. Pricing starts at EUR 199 (approximately Rs 17,720). Consumers can choose from attractive color options such as Mint Green, Onyx Gray, and Ice Blue.
