New Intel Arc B-Series GPUs have 70% better performance per Xe-core

Intel has taken a bold step in the gaming world with the launch of its Arc B-Series graphics cards, featuring the B580 and B570 models. These GPUs are engineered to deliver outstanding performance, making them ideal for gamers who demand the best from their hardware.

Intel Arc B-Series GPUs: Performance That Redefines Gaming

Performance Highlights

The Intel Arc B580 and B570 GPUs are designed to provide exceptional performance, particularly at 1440p resolution. With 12GB of dedicated GPU memory for the B580 and 10GB for the B570, gamers can expect high-quality gaming experiences even in demanding AAA titles.

Key Features:

• XeSS 2 Technology: The Arc B-Series introduces XeSS 2, which includes three advanced technologies: XeSS Super Resolution, XeSS Frame Generation, and Xe Low Latency. These features work together to enhance performance, visual fluidity, and responsiveness, allowing gamers to achieve up to 3.9x higher frames-per-second output in demanding games.
• Second-Generation Ray Tracing: The GPUs come equipped with second-generation ray tracing engines, providing realistic lighting and shadows for a more immersive gaming experience.
• AI Acceleration: The inclusion of XMX AI engines allows for accelerated AI workloads, enhancing gameplay and enabling new features that improve overall performance.

Efficiency and Performance Gains

Compared to the previous generation, the Arc B-Series GPUs offer 70% better performance per Xe-core and 50% more performance per watt. The B580 GPU, for instance, is on average 24% faster at 1440p than the Intel Arc A750 GPU, with some games showing performance increases of up to 78%. This impressive performance-per-dollar ratio positions Intel as a strong competitor in the graphics card market.

Software and Support

Intel is committed to providing ongoing support for its Arc B-Series GPUs, ensuring that gamers receive optimized software and performance for the most popular games right at launch. The new Intel Graphics Software also offers a range of display settings, including color and scaling modes, variable refresh rate (VRR) support, and advanced overclocking options.
