It is currently predicted that Infinix will enter the foldable smartphone market, however with a clamshell-style device instead of something more. Although the most recent leaks have not yet verified that notion, the smaller phone in question is still thought to be joining the Zero series as its first-generation Flip.
Infinix Zero Flip BIS Certification details
The Infinix Zero Flip, model number X6962, was discovered by people at the tech outlook on the BIS certification website. The product number x6861 of the Infinix Zero 40 5G was also listed on the BIS.
The certifications don’t disclose any information about the hardware specifications or designs of these Infinix smartphones other than the model number. The Infinix Zero Flip and Infinix Zero 40 5G, however, appear to be headed for an Indian release according to these BIS entries.
Specifications and Availability
Due to its recent appearance on the Google Play Console, the Inifinix Zero 40 5G, which has a Mali G610 GPU and a Dimensity 8200 SoC, may soon be available. At the very least, 12GB of RAM should be included with this gadget. The potential pixel density of the screen is 480 DPI or 1080 x 2436 pixels. A 4900mAh battery may also be included with this phone.
It will come with two battery configurations, 3,140mAh and 1,180mAh, for a total of 4,590mAh in battery capacity. In addition, the gadget will have 256GB of storage, 8GB of RAM, and 70W rapid charging capability.
Even still, This Infinix smartphone will be available by the end of August 2024—which has been verified to be no more than 4,590mAh—and will not be exceeded.
