Infinix Smart 5 launched globally but the Nigerian variant has been spotted with 3G connectivity, there might be more versions coming ahead in the country. Infinix Smart 5 features a 6.6-inch 720×1,600 pixels IPS display and there is no Gorilla Glass protection on the display. The phone has a triple ear camera setup for the global variant but has a dual rear camera for the Nigerian variant. For the global variant includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor with two QVGA sensors. At front, we get a 5MP camera sensor housed in the drop notch.
Smart 5 features an unspecified 1.8GHz processor with 3GB of RAM. Notably, the Nigerian variant of the phone comes with a CPU clocked at 1.3GHz and has 2GB of RAM. There is even some difference in the storage variants as well, it comes with 64GB (global) and 32GB (Nigeria) storage that is expandable via a microSD card (up to 256GB for the global variant and up to 128GB for the Nigerian variant).
