England has a smooth win against India by 7 wickets in Bristol on Thursday. India posted a total of 123 runs and the hosts completed the target with 10 balls to spare and won the series 2-1.
Both the teams now have a three-match ODI series.

Amy Jones won the toss and elected to bowl first. India was put into deep trouble as the scorecard by the end of 10 overs was 25/5. Deepti Sharma and Richa Ghosh helped India to pass the 100-run mark. Vastrakar smashed three boundaries that took India past 122/8.

Amy Jones led England a dominated the game with both batting and bowling. English bowlers Sophie Ecclestone, Sara Glenn, and Bryony Smith destroyed Indian batters. Richa Ghosh and Pooja Vastrakar’s consistency helped the team post a total of 122 runs even when 100 runs looked like a dream.
The opening stand of England scored 70 runs that didn’t allow India to make a comeback. Alice Capsey sealed the deal for England’s victory. England had a terrific performance in fielding that also became the major reason for creating constant pressure on the Indian players.
Radha Yadav bowled to shift the pressure. Prior to that, Pooja Vastralkar dismissed Dunkley for 49. Alice Capsey and Bryony Smith took some time before the former smashed a couple of boundaries.
Sophie Ecclestone became the player of the match for taking three wickets in four overs for 25 runs. Sophia Dunkley received player of the series match for her batting performance in the three matches.
