This Scanline VFX was established in 1989. It is a VFX company along with offices in Vancouver, Montreal, Los Angeles, London, Munich, Stuttgart, and Seoul.
This VFX studio also has been working on a number of Netflix projects up until the acquisition containing Cowboy Bebop, Blood Red Sky, The Adam Project, and Stranger Things season 4.
Albuquerque Studios

It seems that Netflix mostly leases studio space across the globe but it has been opted to purchase the studio back in 2018. This studio also has nine sound stages, production offices, and a backlot.
The further report confirms that Netflix picked up the studio for $30 million which is around 3 times less than what it cost to build.
Grauman’s Egyptian Theatre
