Influencer and businessman Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, also known online as Denisi or Ego, died after undergoing a cosmetic penis-enlargement procedure during a luxury trip to Thailand with his wife. His death was later linked by a UK coroner to a pulmonary embolism associated with the procedure.
According to evidence presented at the Inner West London Coroners’ Court, the 43-year-old British-Nigerian businessman received an injection containing 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine at an unidentified Thai clinic in March.

How did Igho Ubiribo die?
Ubiribo was staying with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen, at a Marriott hotel in Bangkok following the procedure. The couple reportedly went for a massage afterward, where he developed chest pain and fainted twice.
He was taken by ambulance to Sukhumvit Hospital. Although he was initially conscious enough to respond to medical questions, his condition deteriorated rapidly. His wife told doctors about the filler injection, but Ubiribo lost consciousness before a recommended CT scan could be completed.
Doctors diagnosed him with a pulmonary embolism, a potentially fatal condition in which a blood clot or other material blocks blood flow in the lungs. He was transferred to intensive care, where medical staff attempted resuscitation for more than 100 minutes.
Ubiribo eventually died in the early hours of March 6.
A postmortem examination conducted in the UK later found cellular material in his lungs consistent with the hyaluronic acid used during the cosmetic procedure. Coroner Jean Harkin concluded that Ubiribo died from a pulmonary embolism resulting from the procedure.

Ubiribo had built a significant social-media following, with nearly 185,000 Instagram followers, where he frequently showcased an affluent lifestyle.
He reportedly owned a $1.1 million home in Los Angeles and a London apartment valued at around $600,000. His 2022 wedding to Danielle in Zimbabwe was also reported to have cost approximately $473,000.
Following his death, Ubiribo was buried in London in a reported $745,000 gold coffin. Nigerian music star Davido and businessman Cubana Chief Priest were among those reported to have attended the funeral.
