List of Commentators selected for the ICC T20 World Cup

Along with the brilliant addition of broadcasting the T20 World Cup to 200 different countries, ICC has also selected an epic commentary panel for the World Cup. The men’s T20 World Cup commentary team includes former players like world cup winning captain Darren Sammy, South African pacer Dale Steyn and Aussie all rounder Shane Watson.

Moreover, the commentary team also features experienced commentators like Harsha Bhogle, Ian Bishop, Nasser Hussain, Natalie Germanos, Sunil Gavaskar, Michael Atherton and Simon Doull, Russel Arnold, Anjum Chopra, Murali Kartik, Athar Ali Khan, Bazid Khan, Mpumelelo Mbangwa, Preston Mommsen, Danny Morrison, Mark Nicholas, Niall O’Brien and Alan Wilkins.

After getting the opportunity to commentate at the biggest cricketing event, South African speedster Dale Steyn expressed his joy in an interview. “It’s an honour to be part of the commentary team at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup and a pleasure to be watching all the action from close quarters. The game has changed a lot in recent times and there is some really exciting talent out there waiting to make its mark. I am sure there are lots of explosive performances and close finishes in store. I can’t really pick a team to win it yet, and that is what makes the tournament all that more exciting – all the unpredictability, along with the anticipation.”
