Huawei introduced its latest flagship smartphones, the Huawei Pura 70 Ultra and Huawei Pura 70 Pro+, on Thursday. These devices, featuring HarmonyOS 4.2, boast 16GB RAM and storage options of up to 1 TB. With 6.8-inch OLED LTPO displays offering a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, both models sport triple rear cameras led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor. They also feature dual satellite connectivity and 100W fast wired charging.

The All New Huawei Pura 70 Ultra and Pura 70 Pro+

Huawei Pura 70 Ultra draws a 5,200mAh battery, and Pura 70 Pro+ comes with a 5050mAh battery. The two devices are the first to be shipped under Huawei’s Pura Brand. In terms of pricing, the Huawei Pura 70 Ultra model with the 16GB + 512GB variant starts at CNY 9,999, which is approximately 115000 INR. The 16GB + 1TB variant is priced at CNY 10,999. Huawei Pura 70 Pro+ models are priced at CNY 7,999 for the 512GB variant and CNY 8,999 for the 1TB variant. Both models are available in various color designs and are available for purchase in China.

The Huawei Pura 70 Ultra and Huawei Pura 70 Pro+ have a 6.8-inch full-HD+ OLED LTPO display with adaptive refresh rates, high-frequency PWM dimming, and Kunlun glass protection. The chipset remains unknown, but rumors state that it will most likely be the Kirin 9010 SoC. They run on 16GB RAM and storage available without a card slot expandable up to 16GB. The camera combines a 50 MP primary sensor, a 40 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50 MP macro telephoto lens.

However, the Pro+ has a slightly different setup: 50 MP for the primary, 12.5 MP for the ultra-wide lens, and 48 MP for the macro lens. Both the phones have a 13 MP selfie camera. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C. Sensors onboard cover various functionalities, and both phones offer an in-display fingerprint scanner. They are IP68-rated for dust and water resistance.

Additionally, the Huawei Pura 70 Ultra and Huawei Pura 70 Pro+ support dual satellite connectivity for communication via satellite systems. They come with fast wired and wireless charging capabilities, with the Huawei Pura 70 Ultra measuring 162.6×75.1×8.4mm and weighing 226 grams, while the Huawei Pura 70 Pro+ measures 162.6×75.1×8.4mm and weighs 220 grams.
