Huawei MatePad will launch on April 23 | Official Images, Specifications, Price and Availability

Huawei is going to reveal the MatePad with the Nova 7 series on April 23 at the same event. The tablet is already being listed on some of the Chinese e-commerce websites like V Mall and JD.com. Both the devices have revealed the actual images of the device from all angles and even the specifications has been listed alongside.

The listing is being made for a single colour option and two different RAM-storage options. The Huawei MatePad will be available in 4/6GB RAM and 64/128GB storage options and White will be one of the colours to chose from.

The Huawei MatePad will feature a 10.4″ IPS LCD, will have WiFi options for both 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB variants and only LTE version will be available on the 6GB + 128GB version.

Now coming to the cameras, the phone will come with an 8MP sensor and an IR sensor at the back and there will be an 8MP sensor at the front.

The Huawei MatePad is rumored to have a Kirin 810 SoC at the helm, pack a 7,250 mAh battery, and run EMUI 10.1 Lite out of the box.

We can see dual speaker grills at the bottom and a Type-C charging port which confirms fast charging. The back of the tablet also has “Sound By Harmon Kardon” written, confirming audio enhancements. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack present in the tablet, but you will get a Type-C to 3.5mm connector in the box.

The stylus shown on the image will not be available in the box, it has to be bought separately. We still don’t know the pricing of the tablet as it will be unveiled officially in the launch event on April 23. But anyone can pre-order the device at only CNY100 ($14/€13) on JD.com or V Mall. This how the total process and guidance for the customers who are willing to buy the device.
