Starting with the look, Huawei Mate XTs has two new color schemes to flaunt this time. The teaser hypes the White variant with a leaf-like pattern, showing fine diagonal lines flowing from edges toward the center.

Revolutionary Tri-Fold Technology

The Huawei Mate XT is the world’s first double-folding, or tri-fold smartphone with a 10.2-inch (3,184 x 2,232 pixel) flexible LTPO OLED screen that folds into two different sizes: 7.9 inches when folded once, and 6.4 inches when fully folded.

This transformative design allows users to switch between phone, tablet, and ultra-wide tablet modes seamlessly.

Market Positioning and Pricing

Huawei Mate XTs is rumored to cost the same as its predecessor in China at CNY 20,000 ($2,800), positioning it firmly in the ultra-premium segment. This pricing reflects the cutting-edge tri-fold technology and premium materials.

The device competes in an entirely unique category, facing no direct competitors in the tri-fold smartphone space.
