Huawei Mate 30E Pro Launched with Kirin 990E SoC

Finally, the Huawei Mate 30E Pro has gone official today, comes with a Kirin 990E SoC chipset, and some amazing camera setup. So, without wasting any time, let’s just get into the specifications and pricing of the four smartphones of the Huawei Mate 30E Pro.

The Huawei Mate 30E Pro runs EMUI 11 which is based on the Android 10 OS and is powered by an octa-core Kirin 990E SoC chipset. Coming to the display, this phone offers a 6.53-inch full-HD+ (1,176×2,400 pixels) OLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. This phone is available in four different color variants: Space Silver, Emerald Green, Cosmic Purple, and Black. There are also two additional shades: Vegan Leather Forest Green and Vegan Leather Orange.

The Kirin 990E SoC chipset of this phone is paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB internal storage (further expandable). Regarding the camera section, this phone offers a quad rear camera setup which includes a 40-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 ultra-wide-angle lens, 40-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/1.6 wide-angle lens and optical image stabilization (OIS), and an 8-megapixel tertiary sensor with an f/2.4 lens and OIS support. A depth-sensing facility is also there, credit to the time-of-flight (ToF) 3D sensor. For selfies, this phone has a dual selfie camera setup at the front, which includes a 32-megapixel camera sensor, and a TOF 3D depth sensor.

Coming to the battery, this phone is fueled up by a 4,500 mAh battery with the support of 40W super-fast charging (Fast wireless charging 27W). Every connectivity facility is there except the FM radio, such as 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS, Infrared (IR), NFC, and a USB Type-C port. This phone has an under-display fingerprint scanner.

Regarding the pricing and availability, the Huawei Mate 30E Pro is currently available for pre-bookings in China whereas the price details of this smartphone are yet to be revealed.
