HTC U24 Pro is about to launch in Taiwan on June 12

HTC Taiwan made the announcement of a new smartphone launch in the nation via social media posts. On June 12, at 8:00 a.m. (IST), the launch event will take place. The coming soon tag appears on the side profile of a phone displayed on the billboard. While HTC has not officially revealed the name, preliminary rumors suggest that the HTC U24 or U24 Pro will make its debut the following week.

The ad for the HTC U24 Pro indicated that Android 14 will be installed on it right away and that its screen resolution will be 1080×2436. It has 12GB of RAM in addition to the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC. Moreover, Bluetooth 5.3 will be supported.

It’s officially time for the U23 Pro to have a replacement, as it was announced in May of last year. Despite not really releasing many new smartphones recently, HTC has managed to maintain this line. Only a few markets around the world have access to the U series phones.

Upgrades over the HTC U23 Pro is anticipated for the U24 Pro. The future models may keep their IP67-approved construction and full HD+ 120Hz OLED panels.

With a 108MP primary sensor, the HTC U24 Pro may include a quad-camera configuration. The U23, on the other hand, might have three cameras, the primary one being 64MP. A 32MP main sensor and IP67 water and dust protection are probably features that both devices will have.
