The system requirements of Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered on PC were finally revealed, giving gamers an insight into the specific specifications needed to run each version at different resolutions. These will allow the game to run, among other things: 30 or 60 frames per second graphics options.
More About Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered PC Requirements
Players who wish to play the game at 30 FPS with a resolution of 720p and using a Very Low graphics preset, will need relatively modest requirements. For gamers, a pair of GTX 1650 4 GB or an AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT with Intel Core i3-8100 or an AMD Ryzen 1300x CPU. Besides, it also requires at least 16 GB of RAM to make your progressive gaming experience smoother.
On the other hand, for those looking to enjoy the game at its highest potential, which includes the Very High preset at 4K resolution and 60 frames per second, the requirements escalate significantly. Players will need an Intel i7-11700 or an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X CPU, paired with either an RTX 4080 or Radeon RX 7900 XT GPU, along with the same 16 GB of RAM.
As per the provided infographic, Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered has a PC system request identical to Forbidden West. This seems to show players that who completed the latter running well on their PC this year should have no issues when trying to run this remaster. This remaster includes some very cool enhancements, which you can read all about in previous announcements.
Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered will be available for both PC and PlayStation 5 on October 31st. Or even better if you play it on PS4 since then you will only have to pay $10 more when buying the upgraded version. The pricing method with the game will catch many fans’ eyes and cause them to go suck up this one or perhaps give a taste to those few that still have not tried it. With the remaster, we wanted to create a new and improved experience for anyone who has never played The Unfinished Swan before while keeping it as accessible as possible so that our existing players would be able to enjoy their favorite title with up-to-date graphics.
