Honor has launched the Honor Play 5T Life smartphone in China. However, this phone is also known as Honor Play 5T Youth/Vitality Edition. It is basically an entry-level smartphone from Honor that comes with some decent specs and aggressive pricing. So, without wasting much time, let’s check out what are those.
Honor Play 5T Life specifications and features
The Honor Play 5T Life runs Magic UI 4.0 based on Android 10 OS and is powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 chipset. Regarding the display, this phone offers a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS LCD teardrop notch panel. This phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The Helio P35 chipset of this phone is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage (a hybrid SIM slot for adding external storage). Coming to the camera section, this phone offers a quad rear camera setup supported by an LED flash that includes a 13-megapixel primary camera, a 5-megapixel ultrawide sensor, 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, this phone has an 8MP selfie snapper at the front.
The Honor Play 5T Life is fueled up by a bigger 6,000mAH battery supported by 22.5W of fast charging. In terms of connectivity, this phone has almost everything, such as dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.1 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, USB-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack. This phone is available in two different color options: Black and Blue.

Honor Play 5T Life pricing and availability
The Honor Play 5T Life is already up for pre-orders in China and will be available in its home country (first flash sale) on April 27 at a price tag of 1,299 Yuan (~$199) for its sole 6GB/128GB option. No report as of now regarding its availability outside China.
