The Rumored Honor Magic 6

Via X (formerly Twitter), HTech CEO Madhav Sheth suggested the impending arrival of either the Honor Magic 6 Ultimate Edition or the Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design in India. He shared images of both smartphones and invited users to vote for their preferred model to be launched in the country.

The Honor Magic 6 Ultimate Edition has a camera arrangement while the Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design features a camera setup on the back. The former comes with vegan leather with a grip line whereas the latter showcases a glass hexagonal camera layout.  In addition, the Porsche Design version introduces a layer OLED Tandem Display that is said to increase the screen’s lifespan by up to 600 percent. Despite these differences, both phones share components with the standard Honor Magic 6 Pro.

The Honor Magic 6 Ultimate Edition offers two configurations – one with 16GB+512GB priced at CNY 6,999 (about ₹81,837) and another with 16GB+1TB priced at CNY 7,699 (approximately ₹88,793). It is available in Sky Purple and Ink Black colors. On the other hand, the Honor Magic 6 RSR Porsche Design has a price of CNY 9,999 (around ₹1,15,320) and will be available in Iceberry Pink and Agate Gray colors.

Both models come with a 6.8-inch LTPO OLED display that can adjust its rate from as low as 1Hz to as high, as 120Hz. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC processor they feature a camera system consisting of a main OIS periscope telephoto lens of 180MP alongside wide-angle and ultra-wide angle lenses both at 50MP each.

Selfies are captured beautifully with a 50MP wide-angle camera and a 3D depth sensor. These devices come with a battery that ensures long-lasting usage on just one charge. They also support charging offering 80W wired charging and 66W wireless fast charging options.
