The Honor 90 is finally prepared for its widely anticipated India launch after just receiving the BIS certification, a significant step toward its official distribution in the country. Even though it does not provide technical information, the Honor 90 BIS certification brings the smartphone one step closer to being released.
The certification suggests that even if this Honor smartphone India release date has not yet been made official, it won’t be long before it becomes accessible. The smartphone is a part of Honor’s strategy to re-establish its footing in India, which is being led by Madhav Sheth, the former CEO of the Realme India company.
BIS certification details
The BIS listing, which Mukul Sharma found, only displays the model number and the Honor branding. As soon as the BIS certification is complete, Honor will probably start teasing the phone on its social media pages. According to Madhav Sheth, Google applications like Maps, Chrome, and others would be available in India. Security updates will be offered for the Honor 90 for a period of three years. The device won’t ship with any bloatware pre-installed. According to reports, the Honor 90 will probably cost around Rs 40,000 in India.
