HMD Crest series to launch in India on July 2025

There is confirmation that the HMD Crest series will debut in India. “A new era of portraits” is coming, according to the teaser graphic for the phones, which will be released on July 25. We also have a dedicated microsite on Amazon, where the new HMD phones will be offered.

That’s all that has been disclosed via Amazon’s exclusive microsite teaser for the future gadget. According to rumors, the HMD Arrow will now be known as the “Crest”; the cause for the name change is unknown. There are also rumors that there will be a Crest and a Crest Max 5G. It’s said that the Unisoc T760 SoC will power the 5G variant.

According to the Amazon microsite, the HMD Crest and HMD Crest Max are going to be “Made in India.” After deciding on the name “Arrow,” HMD eventually abandoned it because of licensing concerns. Reportedly, HMD Pulse/Pulse Pro will not be rebranded as HMD Crest or HMD Crest Max. Rather, new versions featuring an entirely new design and support for 5G networks will be released. Better cameras will also be included. Also, there will be minimal bezels and a punch-hole cutout in the center for the selfie camera.

The phones will have a modular architecture because the listing states that they are “Engineered for easy self-repair.” The HMD Skyline with replaceable parts was just released by the business. Let’s wait till the 25th of July to know whether it has performed as per the expectations.
