Hideo Kojima at last opened up about the rumors and he just denied all the rumors based on Sony’s interest in getting  Kojima Productions and also saying that the entire thing is literally a misunderstanding” that was started after a tweet that was posted by Hideo Kojima himself.

Now the buzz started very soon this week while there is a noted GamesRadar as Sony explaining about the banner image on the PlayStation Studios website. It’s about  splice-up with that iconic Sony video game characters  continuing  Kratos, Aloy, and Deacon,  to  contain Sam Porter Bridges from the Death  Stranding after that Kojima himself   also tweeted  by taking that same image that is  going to complete  with PlayStation  Studios logo:

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, but KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS has been and will continue to be an independent studio. https://t.co/2M0n4ogRaa

We have already predicted that there will be a huge number of followers on Twitter immediately that also have been seized based on the tweet just like the confirmation that Kojima  Productions was also about to become the latest big acquisition. It is definitely a reasonable assumption as The Death Stranding studio has no Activision Blizzard but also has set to make Hideo Kojima a Sony exclusive would be definitely a real coup.

Now Sony’s been something with the tear due to its own lately acquisition of Bungie in January and Jade Raymond’s Haven studio in March.

The sad thing is  PlayStation fans were not that be as the latest tweet of Kojima indicates that Kojima Productions “will continue to be an independent studio”. Now the main question is why did Kojima tweet that Sony-based image? It’s maybe he becomes happy that Sony thinks highly about the Death Stranding or maybe he is that much of a   Sony super-fan himself.

A big thanks for the source.
