Almost all the IPL franchises have landed in UAE to prepare for the 13th Edition of IPL starting from 19th September. All the cricketers will have to remain in quarantine for the first 7 days.

According to the rules laid by the BCCI for players entering the bio-bubble in UAE, each player will have to spend 7 days in quarantine. Three tests will be done on 1st, 3rd and 6th day each and if all of them result in negative, only then the player will be able to start training with the whole squad.

So after landing in UAE, all the franchises have gone into quarantine in their respective hotels. Many of them have posted on social media about how they are doing during the quarantine. Let’s have a look.

Chennai Super Kings

Australian cricketer Shane Watson shared a video showing his hotel room from where Burj Khalifa was clearly visible.

Delhi Capitals

They are yet to travel to UAE but all the precautions have been done and they are now set to fly to UAE.

Kings XI Punjab

KXIP have posted how they are keeping themselves charged in quarantine.

Kolkata Knight Riders

KKR has already reached on Friday and they have shared some insights.

Mumbai Indians

MI have posted the pictures of their hotel which will be their home for the next few months.

Rajasthan Royals

RR bowler Jaydev Unadket has posted what happened on Quarantine day 1.

Royal Challengers Bangalore

The South African trio have joined the team in Dubai.

Sunrisers Hyderabad

They have not gone to UAE yet but are getting ready to travel soon.

IPL 2020 will commence on 19th September with the final on 10th November. It will be held in UAE across three venues — Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
