If you are a Chromebook user, which browser you generally use on your device? How many options are available there? Hardly a few, right? But now, another browser joins the list. It’s not from Google’s end, it’s an alternative one. And it becomes the world’s first third-party browser optimised for Chromebooks. The browser is Opera.

On the very first day of this month, Opera announced it is ready to provide all the benefits like unlimited free VPN, AdBlocker, online tracking blocker, built-in messengers, themes, and more on Chromebooks alongside the other platforms.

The Chromebook version of Opera is built over the Android application. It is available in mobile formats, like other browsers, however, properly optimised for the keyboard shortcuts, and trackpad. In simple words, if you use Opera in Chromebook currently, you will never get that you are using a mobile app on a desktop. It will feel like a complete desktop browser.

You can download the new Opera optimised for Chromebooks from PlayStore for free. If you are a Chromebook user, try it out and let me know your experience.
