The company deployed multiple agile teams to modernize DPG’s platforms, replacing legacy technologies with automation that enables robust quality assurance strategies, efficient demand management, and increased operational efficiency. Through innovation trials, including an automated self-service EPOS platform and an advanced delivery tracking system, HARMAN facilitated safe ordering for drivers and enhanced the customer experience.
