GTA Online Mansions Get Four Exclusive Seasonal Decorations Throughout the Year

Rockstar Games has added a delightful touch to the newly released mansions in GTA Online—automatic seasonal decorations that transform your luxury property four times annually. Here’s everything you need to know about these festive updates that’ll make your multi-million dollar mansion feel even more like home.

GTA Overview: Mansion Decorations

The Four Seasonal Transformations

1. Halloween Haunt

When October arrives, your mansion’s main living area gets a spooky makeover with pumpkins showing up with other decorations. Perfect for those who love celebrating Los Santos’ scariest season.

2. Christmas Cheer

The holiday season brings the most elaborate decoration—a Christmas tree with presents underneath and lights appearing in your living space. Players can expect this update to arrive in mid-December, just in time for the festive season.

3. Chinese New Year Celebration

As spring approaches, Chinese lanterns hang from the lounge area during February and March, adding cultural flair to your property.

4. Your Personal Birthday Bash

Here’s where it gets uniquely personal—on your character’s creation anniversary, your mansion’s kitchen receives a happy birthday banner, balloons and more, while your AI assistant wishes you a happy birthday. This decoration appears only in the kitchen area, allowing it to coexist with other seasonal decorations.

Why This Matters

These automatic decorations add immersive seasonal variety to the game’s most expensive properties without requiring player input. According to Rockstar Games, mansions represent the ultimate status symbol for criminal kingpins who’ve reached the highest levels.

The decorations complement the extensive customization options already available, including interior styles, sculptures, trophies, and pets. Players interested in maximizing their mansion experience should also explore our guide on GTA Online property investments and seasonal events coverage.

When Can You Experience These?

Christmas decorations should arrive this week, while Halloween won’t return until next October. Chinese New Year celebrations typically activate in February, and birthday decorations appear on your character’s specific creation date.
