Google has engaged professionals to oversee a project for a new department that appears to be launching a new Android tablet, according to IT House. Google is hiring a team leader for the new Android tablet division and has a new job vacancy for a senior engineering manager of Android tablet app experience.
According to the job description, Google believes that the future of computing will be more powerful and capable tablets, which aligns with Google’s research goal.
The Pixel Slate, which was released in 2018, is a 2-in-1 tablet with up to 8th-generation Intel Core i7/16GB RAM/256GB storage, a 12.3-inch screen, and a 12.3-inch screen, according to IT House. It has dual speakers and an 8-megapixel front-facing wide-angle lens, with a resolution of 293ppi.
The tablet comes with Chrome OS pre-installed, and the best feature is that the keyboard can be plugged in and unplugged at any time, and it instantly transforms into a tablet computer. Users enjoy a desktop-like experience with Chrome OS, which includes the complete desktop version of Google’s Chrome browser.
The Google Pixel Slate may be used as a tablet with the Google Pixelbook Pen, which allows users to draw or record text on the screen. It also allows you to run the Android operating system in the shell, which allows you to easily install Android apps from the Play Store. Not only that, but the new ChromeOS system now supports automated split-screen and voice interaction with Google Assistant.
