Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Nayanthara’s film ‘Gold’ is now available on Amazon Prime Videos. Prithviraj Sukumaran and Nayanthara are playing the lead characters starring in this comedy-crime movie. This film has marked the directorial comeback of the famous Mollywood director Alphonse Puthren. The co-producers are Supriya Menon and Listin Stephen. The movie has got mixed reviews from critics and a rating of 5.2 out of 10.
The Malayalam film Gold is set to display the incidents that occurred within four days of the central character Joshi buying a new car owing to the marriage fixed with Radha. Joshi, who happens to be a mobile shop owner, discovers a truck parked in front of his house. In the attempts to get rid of it, Joshi soon discovers that it is filled with gold bars.
The film mainly narrates the life of Joshi who is a mobile shop owner who purchased a new car for his marriage to a girl named Radha. One day, he and his mother came to know a pickup truck with portable speakers. After police complaints, no action has been taken. The incident follows what actually happens in his life during the span of four strange days.
The makers dropped the trailer in theatres during the festive season of Onam. Before release, the film got digital rights from Amazon Prime Video.
