Gigabyte has already launched a bunch of gaming laptops in India targeting the mid-range and premium market, now, they look to even target the budget segment with their new G5 series of gaming laptops. As we know Gigabyte is a well-known PC brand and finally they have entered the hot Indian laptop market with a bunch of laptops now.
So, these GIGABYTE G5 series gaming laptops in India will be equipped with 11th Gen Intel® i5 H series processor, 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz memory and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 Series graphics card. Now, these are obviously not top-of-the-line specs but will do the job on a budget gaming laptop.
The laptops will be available in 3 variants, G5 KD, equipped with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, the G5 MD equipped with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti, and the G5 GD equipped with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050. I do like the fact that Gigabyte has skipped the crappy GTX 1650 graphics which are still used on budget gaming laptops and gone for the RTX 30-series which will give features like Ray Tracing and DLSS.
