The updated version will go live at 11:00 AM (UTC+8). To meet the release of this update, maintenance will be conducted on the same day at 06:00 AM (UTC +8) with a service time of about 5 hours. Release times vary across different regions: in New Delhi, India, the update will launch at 8:30 AM IST; in Tokyo, Japan, it will be available at 12:00 PM JST; and in California, USA, it will drop on October 8 at 08:00 PM. In Beijing, China, the release will be at 11:00 AM CST, while in Toronto, Canada, players can expect it on October 8 at 11:00 PM. For those in Rome, Italy, the update will come at 05:00 AM CET, 02:00 PM in Melbourne, Australia, and 04:00 PM in Auckland, New Zealand.

According to the leaks, Genshin Impact 5.1 will also include a new 5-star character named Xilonen and four new weapons— Peak Patrol Song, Sturdy BoneMountain-Bracing Bolt, and Fruitful Hook. Players will also have the Archon Quest chapters continued with chapters III and IV, new events including Aphid Treasure Trace and Exploration Missions, And a perfect fit for Tribal Chronicles quest ‘A Prayer for Blessings, Told to Crested Peaks.” Amongst these rewards, will be an absurd amount of Primogems as well as a new Buffed Up Elite Boss in the Abyss Order; among other things.
