Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 & 2 Remastered Also celebrates the 25th anniversary of the franchise with a remaster of Raziel’s legendary journey of vampiric vengeance. Though alas not yet confirmed for anything else, this remaster of the first game has more detailed cut-scenes with higher fidelity models, new hero models for Raziel and Kain, upgraded enemy and boss models, and a new glow effect for Raziel’s eyes and Wraith Blade.

The remaster also introduces real-time shadows, a Day/Night cycle (which was cut from the original), a Photo Mode, and a new map and compass. With nostalgia and novelty, this remaster is sure to shine for long-time fans and newcomers both.
