A meeting involving three parties was convened on Monday to evaluate the security arrangements for the upcoming MotoGP™ Bharat event. This grand occasion is scheduled to take place at the Buddh International Circuit from September 22 to 24, 2023.

The meeting covered several key topics, including a thorough examination of the race’s security arrangements and traffic plan. Additionally, attendees discussed the possibility of providing helipad access for VIP transportation and ensuring that VIP arrivals receive utmost priority.
The team conducted a thorough inspection of the circuit. They also evaluated the traffic management plans. In addition, they visited the track to gain insights into spectator management and ensure a seamless experience for the audience.
After the meeting, the Joint CP instructed the relevant authorities to develop a comprehensive plan that includes all the discussed points. This plan should be submitted to DCP Greater Noida for further review within the upcoming 10 days.
