Gaming Benchmarks of AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT 12 GB Graphics Card at 1440p and Raytracing Performance at 1080p revealed

Only a week left before the launch of AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT and the sources are revealing a list of gaming and raytracing performance benchmarks for the upcoming RDNA 2 graphics card. The results containing different AAA gaming titles which were tested at 1440p which the card initially being positioned at.

The AMD Radeon RX 6700 series lineup including the RX 6700 and RX 6600 XT will be the one, that most of the gamers will buy for their gaming PCs. They could have an MSRP of less than $500 US but it is said that the custom models could appear on sale for $600 US.

That amount is still less than the $1000 US+ prices for the RX 6900 and RX 6800 series graphics cards that you are paying. If it comes with decent availability, then even having the insane price, players who have been waiting to buy new graphics cards for months will purchase them definitely.

AMD Navi 22 GPU Gaming Benchmarks of AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT 12 GB Graphics Card at 1440p and Raytracing Performance at 1080p revealed

The benchmark has two charts that show the AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT against the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 and the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti. These cards are the main competitors of the RX 6700 XT. The RTX 3060 Ti costs around $399 US while the RTX 3070 has a price tag of $499 US.

The RTX 6700 XT loses against the RTX 3060 Ti when it comes to raytracing performance while only showing some gains in games that are optimized around the RDNA 2 architecture such as Fortnite, Godfall, World of Warcraft: Shadowlands, and Dirt 5.

Specifications of AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT 12 GB Graphics Card

The AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT features the Navi 22 XT GPU which has 40 compute units that are equivalent to 2560 stream processors. The cores run at a clock speed of 2581 MHz boost, 2321 MHz base, and 2424 MHz Game.

The graphics card offers a 12 GB GDDR6 memory buffer along with a 192-bit bus interface. AMD is using 16 Gbps dies which would net total bandwidth around 384 Gbps for the cards. The GPU features Infinity Cache of 96 MB.

AMD has informed that the Radeon RX 6700 XT is going to be launched on 18th March in both custom and reference flavors.
