Samsung Galaxy S24 Series: Same Display Features Across All Models

Samsung‘s forthcoming flagship series, slated for early next year’s debut, has been a constant source of new revelations concerning the Galaxy S24 lineup. The latest tip sheds light on the potential display specifications for the entire Galaxy S24 series, encompassing the Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra.

More About Samsung Galaxy S24 Series Displays

As per information from a tipster on X, all three models in the Galaxy S24 series are expected to share similar display features, differing primarily in resolution. This implies that the display features of the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra won’t exhibit significant variations.

The tipster has further disclosed that the Galaxy S24 series will incorporate LTPO technology, M13 OLED panels, and a remarkable brightness level of 2500 nits. M13 represents a fresh OLED panel innovation, supposedly surpassing the previous M12 OLED panels used in the Galaxy S23 series. Notably, in comparison to the Galaxy S23, the Galaxy S24 is anticipated to offer higher brightness, with the former being capped at 1,750 nits.

Apart from the resolution, differences in display sizes will also distinguish the three models. The Galaxy S24 Ultra is rumored to sport a 6.8-inch WQHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Galaxy S24+ is expected to feature a 6.7-inch WQHD display, while the Galaxy S24 could come equipped with a 6.2-inch FHD display.

Other Anticipated Upgrades

The Galaxy S24 series is rumored to house a deca-core (10 cores) Exynos chipset, most likely the recently introduced Exynos 2400. Unlike the Galaxy S23 series, the Galaxy S24 is speculated to launch in both Exynos and Snapdragon variants. It’s highly probable that Samsung will employ the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, scheduled for release later this month.

Furthermore, Samsung is expected to maintain the use of a 200MP camera in its next flagship series, presumably in the Galaxy S24 Ultra. A significant improvement in charging capabilities is also on the horizon, with rumors suggesting an increase to 65W from the 45W charging used in the Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra.
