Free loot alert! Supercell just dropped compensation rewards for all Clash of Clans players—and you don’t want to miss them. Due to recent bugs following an October update, the developer is giving away free Builder and Power Potions through a limited-time redeem code. We’re talking instant boosts to accelerate your base upgrades and army strength. Here’s exactly how to claim these freebies before they vanish.

Clash of Clans Quick Claim: Your 3-Step Shortcut

Step	Action	Details
Step 1	Open Supercell Store	Access from main Clash menu
Step 2	Scroll to bottom	Find “Redeem a Store Code” icon
Step 3	Enter Code: BIGBUFFETBOY	Submit and claim instantly
Result	Receive Potions or Gems	Auto-transferred to your account

Why These Free Potions Matter

Power Potions: These bad boys boost your entire army to the highest levels your Town Hall allows. Perfect timing? Before Clan War Leagues, Ranked matches, or aggressive multiplayer attack runs. You’ll hit harder, overwhelm defenses faster, and dominate every battle.

Builder Potions: Speed up your builders for one full hour. Construction suddenly becomes lightning-fast. That 12-hour upgrade? Done in minutes. Your base develops exponentially faster, keeping you competitive with hardcore players grinding constantly.

Both potions are game-changers for progression. Free ones? That’s pure value.

The Redeem Code Walkthrough

Finding the Store: Launch Clash of Clans and tap the Shop icon (usually bottom-right). You’ll see various purchase options and event offerings.

Locating the Code Box: Scroll all the way down to the bottom section. You’re looking for a specific icon labeled “Redeem a Store Code.” It’s typically near the bottom alongside other account-related options.

Entering BIGBUFFETBOY: Type the code carefully (it’s case-sensitive). Hit Submit. Boom. Your account receives the potions instantly.

Important: If your storage is completely full, the game converts potions to equivalent Gems instead. Pro tip—manage your inventory before redeeming to ensure you receive the actual potions rather than currency conversion.

Storage Full? Here’s What Happens

Clash of Clans has a storage capacity system. If you’re maxed out on potions when you redeem, Supercell automatically converts your rewards into Gems—the premium currency. You won’t lose value, but you lose the potion boost efficiency.

Before redeeming, check your potion inventory. If you’re hovering near limits, use a few potions in attacks first, then claim your freebies. This ensures maximum value extraction.

Bonus: The Cosmic Rock Event Giveaway

While you’re claiming freebies, grab 200 free Rock Medals from the current Cosmic Rock event. These event-exclusive currencies unlock exclusive equipment and decorations:

Equipment Unlocks: Meteor Staff (Minion Prince), Electro Boots (Royal Champion), Fireball (Grand Warden)

Cosmetics: Cursed Tome, Cosmic Lantern, various ore types

Rock Medals accumulate through the event reward track. Every Cosmic Shard you collect progresses your track, earning more medals. Combine this with the 200 free Rock Medals and you’re sitting on serious cosmetic purchasing power.

Why Supercell Is Offering Compensation

The October update introduced multiple bugs requiring several maintenance breaks to resolve. Supercell’s compensation strategy? Free potions for players who suffered downtime and inconvenience. This is standard practice—when significant bugs affect gameplay, developers offer meaningful rewards to maintain player satisfaction and goodwill.

These free potions represent Supercell saying “sorry for the inconvenience.” Accept the apology and maximize your progression advantage!

FAQs

Q1: How long will the BIGBUFFETBOY redeem code remain active?

A: Supercell hasn’t officially announced an expiration date, but compensation codes typically remain valid for 1-2 weeks. We recommend claiming immediately rather than procrastinating. Once the compensation window closes, the code becomes defunct. Don’t risk missing out—claim today! If you’re reading this more than two weeks after October 2025, try redeeming anyway; it’s possible the code extends longer than standard promotions. Worst case scenario: you get a simple “code expired” message. Best case: free potions!

Q2: Can I redeem the code multiple times on different accounts, or is it one-time only per account?

A: Each Supercell account can redeem the code once for its compensation rewards. You can’t claim it twice on the same account for double potions. However, if you have multiple Clash of Clans accounts linked to different Supercell profiles, you can redeem the code on each account individually. This is legitimate—players often manage multiple villages. Just make sure each account completes the three-step redemption separately. No account stacking allowed on one profile!
