Four Hands, Two Sonatas Finale Ratings: 9.4% Nationwide Record Closes Song Kang’s Hit on a High

Some dramas save their best for last. tvN’s Four Hands, Two Sonatas ended its run on October 4 with its highest ratings ever, giving Song Kang and Lee Jun Young a finale worth celebrating.

Four Hands, Two Sonatas: Sunday Ratings

A Record-Breaking Finale

According to Nielsen Korea, the final episode took first place in its time slot with a 9.4% average nationwide rating. That’s a new personal best for the show, so viewers kept growing right up to the last scene. For a drama that spent the past weeks at the top of the buzz charts, it’s a fitting send-off. The story followed two piano prodigies, played by Song Kang and Lee Jun Young, from their school days toward adulthood.

Love on the Menu Steals the Night

Even with that record, the biggest number belonged to KBS2’s Love on the Menu. After a brief hiatus for the Asian Games, it returned with a 15.5% average rating, making it the most-watched program of any kind on Sunday.

The Rest of the Night

A Love Other Than Yours edged up to 2.3%, while JTBC’s Fly High Butterfly held steady at 1.6%. Channel A’s Dive into You scored 0.4% for its fourth episode.
