Now, a long-awaited collaboration is finally on the horizon, and it’s one that fans have been clamoring for: Fortnite x XXXTentacion. Leaks and insider confirmations suggest that Epic Games is preparing to honor the late rapper’s legacy with an exciting in-game event, complete with new items, emotes, and more. Here’s everything we know so far about this highly anticipated crossover.

Fortnite x XXXTentacion: A Collaboration Fans Have Been Waiting For

XXXTentacion, known for his raw and emotional music, has left an indelible mark on modern music culture. Since his untimely passing in 2018, fans have been eager to see his influence celebrated in new and creative ways. Fortnite, with its history of iconic music collaborations, seems like the perfect platform to honor his legacy.

According to trusted data miners and leaks, Epic Games is working closely with John Cunningham, XXXTentacion’s producer, to bring the rapper’s essence into the Fortnite universe. The collaboration is expected to include a variety of in-game items, such as skins, emotes, and music tracks, all designed to celebrate XXXTentacion’s artistry and impact.

The “Look At Me” Emote: A Sneak Peek

One of the most exciting elements of the collaboration is the leaked “Look At Me” emote, inspired by XXXTentacion’s breakout hit of the same name. The emote was decrypted in Fortnite’s recent patch 33.20, with an item description that reads, “X Marks The Me.”

The emote has already generated significant buzz among fans, with many expressing their excitement on social media. Ski Mask the Slump God, a close friend and frequent collaborator of XXXTentacion, recently confirmed the collaboration in an interview. He shared, “I’ve seen the X emote, pretty crazy. They’ve got a whole thing planned. I don’t know when exactly, but Fortnite and John Cunningham are cooking up something special.”

While the emote is a confirmed addition, fans are hopeful that the collaboration will include more than just a single item. Many are speculating about potential skins that could feature XXXTentacion’s signature looks, such as his indigo hairstyle or his iconic blonde and black hair.

Fan Reactions: Excitement and Anticipation

The Fortnite community has been buzzing with excitement since the leaks surfaced. Fans have taken to social media to share their thoughts, with many expressing their hopes for a full-fledged tribute to XXXTentacion.

One fan wrote, “Just an emote? Well, that’s cool, I guess. I hope they decide to surprise us with more.” Another added, “I have trust in John Cunningham. He knows how to make people happy with this collab. I can’t wait to rock X’s iconic hairstyles in the game.”

The collaboration has also sparked discussions about how Fortnite can honor XXXTentacion’s legacy in a meaningful way. Many fans are calling for a dedicated in-game event or concert, similar to the ones held for Travis Scott and Ariana Grande, to truly celebrate the rapper’s influence on music and culture.
