Fighter, Hrithik Roshan, and Deepika Padukone’s new movie, directed by Siddharth Anand. The action-packed movie is all set to release one day before Republic Day next year in theatres i.e. on 25th January 2024.
On 4th December 2023, makers revealed the new poster of the movie Fighter. After seeing the look of Hrithik Roshan fans cannot keep calm and show their excitement. Everyone is eager for the film’s release. Hrithik Roshan himself has also taken to his social media handles and introduced his character Shamsher Pathania.

The new poster reveals Hrithik’s character name in the movie Fighter and his designation. By taking it to his X account, Hrithik wrote, “Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania. Call Sign: Patty. Designation: Squadron Pilot. Unit: Air Dragons. Fighter Forever.”
After the poster was revealed, the fans went crazy after seeing Hrithik Roshan, one of the fans expressed his excitement and wrote “Mann!! looks like Tom Cruise here.” Another fan commented, “Even boys are hyperventilating looking at this picture.”
Earlier during the announcement it has come to know that the film is going to be India’s equivalent of Top Gun. The excitement surrounding the movie is palpable, and it is also expected that the movie will present us with a fresh new story that will blow our minds.
In an old interview, Hrithik Roshan talked about his Fighter character Shamsher Pathania aka Patty. He had said, “It’s very interesting as Patty, in many ways, in maturity, and age-wise too, is a little younger than me or how Kabir is. Kabir is more evolved and composed. Patty is young, spontaneous, and angry, angry at things that maybe I would not personally be angry at. So, Patty is an interesting space for me because I remember being like that at some point in my life.”
Talking about the shooting experience, Hrithik said, “We shot for about 12 days inside the Sukhois and with the Sukhois. It has been incredible and it’s been so inspiring just to be around the Indian Air Force. I learned so much, the body language, the decorum, the discipline, what they are up against every single day.”
The movie Fighter is being produced by Viacom18 Studios in collaboration with Marflix Pictures. The movie also stars Anil Kapoor in the lead role.
