They rolled out the World Cup update and from 11th November the World Cup promo is going on in the FIFA Ultimate Team mode. There are many contents planned for FUT, with the release of World Cup Path To Glory players, FUT 23 World Cup Heroes, etc.
EA Sports has decided to introduce the FIFA World Cup History Makers. A FIFA World Cup History Maker player item celebrates current international players who are set to have a key role for their country at the FIFA World Cup 2022.

FIFA 23: FIFA World Cup History Makers – How to get them for FREE?
You can get a FREE FIFA World Cup History Makers card by just logging in to FIFA 23 between 12:00 am PT on November 9, 2022 and January 3, 2023 11:59 PM PT. The FIFA World Cup History Makers content will be granted between December 23, 2022 and January 3, 2023. Once granted it will appear in the Store section for you to open.
You’ll have to pick up a loan ICON or loan FUT Hero for seven FUT matches, and a special untradeable FIFA World Cup History Makers player from the same country. The card will receive one upgrade on January 13th 2023, and the second upgrade on February 14th 2023.
