AI Player Customization

In FIFA 21, EA has added an ability for club managers to customize the AI Players in their clubs. You’ll find a new tile under the ‘Manage’ section in Pro Clubs. From there you will be able to customize the visual appearance, name and kit of the 20+ AI players on your team.

All club members will have access to the tile and will be able to view all of the customized AI players but only club managers will be able to edit an AI player.

A club manager can customize can the following things of an AI player:

  • Kit Number
  • Birth (Date/Nationality/Region)
  • Preferred foot
  • Face
  • Skin Tone

  • Eye-Brows

Tactics

Club managers can now customize up to five preset tactics which can be found in another new tile under the ‘Manage’ section in Pro Clubs. Each preset tactic can have all five-game plans customized (Ultra Defensive, Defensive, Balanced, Attacking, Ultra Attacking). A club manager can select 1 out of the 5 tactics from the tactics page to begin customization.

If you just want to hop into a quick Pro Clubs match, and only want to edit the formation, you’ll still have the ability to customize your club’s formation and not the tactics.

Author’s take

So, EA Sports has listened to the fans and focused on almost every FIFA game modes like from revamping the Career Mode to bringing FUT Co-op mode in FIFA Ultimate Team. EA has now also made some tweaks and changes to Pro Clubs as well but will it be enough for the fans?

Till now, FIFA 21’s Ultimate Team mode seems to be winning the race but still, it will all depend on the gameplay which can be truly tested after the game releases on 9th October worldwide.

EA Sports has already opened the pre-order links for FIFA 21 and is offering a special FUT item if you pre-order the Ultimate Edition within 14th August. You can also pre-order FIFA 21 from Amazon in India.
