Customers visiting the walk-in service centers can have simple issues resolved or receive information about their Pixel devices’ features. If a physical repair is required, the device will be securely packed and sent to the centralized repair center in Noida. Throughout the process, F1 Services will maintain communication with the user until their device is repaired and returned to the center.
F1 Services has invested in training and building a skilled team of technicians, who have received training from Google experts specifically for servicing Google Pixel phones.
