Enigma Gaming is an Indian Gaming organization that has its e-sports lineups in different online games in the country. In an exclusive interview with Aryaman Wasan, owner of Enigma Gaming, we came to know about his thought process with this organization and a few other things regarding its various lineups of different games.
The BGMI lineup of Enigma is an exceptional example of the organization’s dedication to the growth of Indian E-Sports. The BGMI lineup of Enigma Gaming is currently one of the best and most aggressive teams in the Indian BGMI community. For the past few weeks, the team has been performing exceptionally well in official and third-party tournaments.
So, we took this opportunity to interview the talents of Enigma’s BGMI lineup. The interview questions were answered by the team itself.
1. How does it feel after winning Villager Esports Winter Masters and becoming a runner-up in the Ruthless Invitational Showdown tournament?
It feels great to see that our constant hard work and dedication towards the game has borne its fruit with back-to-back consistent performances. We as a team feel much more centrally aligned after every tournament which is good news.
2. How come Enigma Gaming is so consistent in almost all the 3rd party tournaments of BGMI?
There’s no particular reason behind our consistency other than the fact that we play almost 8-10 games daily in these tournaments which helps us in improving our team chemistry and overall performance/game sense.
3. What does team Enigma focus on every match – kill points or survival points?
Our latest approach towards BGMI is to be as ruthless as possible by getting the maximum number of kills every game, but we also have our eyes on the zones to secure that chicken dinner.
4. Can we see more of such performances in the future from the team?
100%, we placed 2nd in the Skyesports Grandslam as well and will continue to put on strong performances moving forward.
5. What are the upcoming tournaments that team Enigma is focusing on?
We’re majorly focusing on the 2 to 3 big tournaments (like BGIS) that will be held officially by BGMI this year, our goal is to be in the top 3 in all and win at least 1 of them.
6. Which team does Enigma look up to and which team does it consider a tough competitor?
Every team that qualifies to play the grand finals of any tournament is a tough competitor, but if we have to take names then Godlike, Orangutan, Skylights. All are strong competitors and we’ll give them a tough fight for sure.
7. Can you explain which player in the team is assigned which role and responsibilities during the finals of any tournament?
There are no set roles as such, everyone plays a dynamic role. Avii is the IGL and makes sure the team is playing well together and getting into correct positions and zones, whereas Saggy, Eggy, and Rexy have raw potential who turn into massive firepower during these tournaments and get a lot of finishes. EvoO has a lot of experience and his presence on the team brings a different sense of confidence and intelligence to the team.
8. What will be your advice for some upcoming teams who want to make their career in BGMI e-sports?
Every team should practice scrims and take part in t2-t3 tournaments as frequently as possible to gain experience as the level of competition is very high. Another piece of advice would be to stick with your 4 to 5 teammates without going through constant roster shuffles as that leads to rebuilding team chemistry and roles all over again.
