Complete Downtime Information

What’s Being Updated Today?

Today’s maintenance includes Patch 0.16.9.0 for the main Escape from Tarkov game and Patch 0.3.3.0 for Tarkov Arena. This is a significant update, being one of the last major patches before the anticipated 1.0 release, potentially including Interchange expansions and various bug fixes.

How to Check Server Status

While waiting for servers to come back online, players can monitor the situation through several official channels:

• Official Status Page: Check the Escape from Tarkov status page
• Official Twitter: Follow @tarkov for real-time updates
• Community Resources: Use Tarkov Server Status for community-driven updates

For FPS gaming enthusiasts following tactical shooter updates, this maintenance represents continued support for one of the most demanding games in the genre.

What Happens During Maintenance?

If you were mid-raid when maintenance began, don’t panic! Your raid timer was automatically reduced to 10 minutes, giving you a chance to extract. Even if you fail to extract during planned maintenance, you’ll keep everything you looted when servers return.

This player-friendly approach ensures minimal loss during unexpected downtime, making the wait more bearable for dedicated Tarkov players.

Expected Server Return Time

Based on Battlestate Games’ announcement, servers should return around 2:00 PM BST / 9:00 AM EDT / 6:30 PM IST, assuming no complications arise. However, the developers have cautioned that maintenance could extend beyond the six-hour window if technical issues occur.

For players interested in competitive gaming and online multiplayer updates, this scheduled maintenance demonstrates Battlestate’s commitment to improving the Tarkov experience.
